« L hôtel dans son ensemble est correct . Notre chambre était bruyante et communicante. Le service de chambre n était pas fait malgré le fait d avoir prévenu la femme de chambre . Le petit déjeuner compris est insignifiant , le 2 eme jour nous n y sommes même pas aller. Pour autant, cet hôtel est proche de Universal studios et Warner bros et reste un très bon compromis . »

« Nothing bad to say about the staff nor the room itself. We didnt mind the room what really bothered us was the residents that's stay there have no courtesy for others and were screaming and yelling in the middle of the night as well as 5 in the morning making threats to each other and hearing what sounded like a fire arm. We stayed in the room the entire time out of fear. Won't be staying here again and do not recommend. I'm so sorry. »

« This property is very close to great cafes and unique shops. The price was reasonable. Our room was a bit small but clean and the beds comfortable. Parking was free which is a big bonus in LA. We had everything we needed and were helped by the manager to rent a downstairs room as we are Golden Oldies and have a bit of trouble on stairs. I was even surprised at how quiet it was for being on Hollywood Way. It would be nice if the front window opened more than a couple of inches, but they might...

« The room itself was what we expected being we were only there for the night. The parking is scary. You have to enter and exit on the same little road if you want to call it that. And at exactly 11 AM as we were packing to leave we had a loud knock on our door telling us it’s time to check out. Seemed excessive to come and tell me when it’s clearly laid out that checkout was at 11 and we were literally already on our way out. « Hôtel décevant malgré un excellent emplacement. Nous avons séjourné deux nuits au Sheraton. L’hôtel est très bien situé, à proximité du parc Universal (navette gratuite avec l’hôtel aux 15 min, accès possible à pied au parc 10-12 minutes) et près d’une station de métro pour Downtown LA. L’accueil au check-in était correct, mais notre chambre réservée (lit king) n’était pas prête au check-in et nous avons dû accepter une autre chambre (2 lits doubles). Les chambres sont très mal insonorisées…...
