Hi Arthur,We truly apologize for your experience while staying with us. The hot water boiler had went out and we were not unaware until the morning of that why we had to do an emergency shut down. I wish we had known sooner to inform guest. Also thanks for bringing the tub to our attention it will be routed to the appropriate department. Hi Destiny,We truly apologize for the experience you had with us. I will get this information escalated to our housekeeping Manager so that we can be assured this will not happen moving forward. This is not the experience we wanted you to leave with. The 50 was a hold for incidentals we collect that from all guest. Upon checking yours was used towards your valet fee of 50. Again we truly apologize and hope that you will give us a chance to make it right .
