Break was open until 9:30, according to the sign. When my family and I arrived at the breakfast area, there was no food. Nothing has been refilled. This was very disappointing. As we were leaving our room, the housekeeper was lovely and told us to next time tell the front desk. I agree, but should someone be responsible for upkeeping the breakfast?

Old hotel, fairly clean, staff was nice. The card did not work. I had to go back to the front desk to get a new card. There was a snow storm. The sidewalks were completely iced over. A small attempt was made to clear them. The breakfast was just ok. It said orange juice on the label, but I’m pretty sure it was sunny D.

The room smelled slightly damp, and the decor is a bit dated. But everything was clean, it was very quiet at night, and the staff were amazing. I love the property. I travel for work frequently and most nights just need a place to pull out my laptop until I'm ready to go to bed. I don't mind outdated carpet as long as I have a comfortable bed, hot water, and friendly staff. This Best Western provided all 3, and the price is outstanding. And it was really easy to get to work, shopping, and food. This is where I'll stay every time I'm in Martinsville. Thank you for a great week away from home!!!

Quiet and safe for my family! A bit outdated and smelled like smoke outside of the rooms (but not inside the room we stayed in) other than that the area had lots of shopping nearby and felt safe.

My rooms heat kept going in and out. The last night I stayed is was 48 when I got back to the room and it was set at 72. Plus when I had a privacy on the door the cleaners where still knocking on my door while I was sleeping with a migraine.

Staff was amazing! Greeted us in our late arrival, 12:30am, by our names and welcomed us. Met all our needs with extra towels. Very friendly and welcoming, even as a sold out hotel within 15 minutes of IU. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

Martinsville Southern Indiana Pleasure
The Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is now difficult to get to due to the location of the new interstate through Martinsville. Very Clean and hospitable location.

I checked in and had to leave shortly after due to fire in laundry room which was beside my room. I never have received a refund from you and all my stuff was ruined by smoke. Thanks a lot Expedia and Best Western.

There was a fire Statuary around 4pm in their first-floor laundry room. The fire and police department come out to deal with the fire. Smoke filled to entire hotel. So had had to leave and head back home. Hope to get a refund for my Saturday stay.

We are 85 years old, and when we checked in, we discovered that you did not have an elevator. Then I asked to be switched to the first floor, and they said it couldn’t be done because the hotel was sold out for the night. However, I don’t believe that and I was one of the first people there right at 3 o’clock and there were no other cars. So they should have been able to switch his to a ground floor room. Then we went to the room and the shower is very bad. The coffee machine did not work at breakfast time. And the caption on the TV would not work for us either. However, the people were friendly, and it was a nice location.

One night trip to Bloomington.
Went to the Ohio State-Indiana football game. Selected this hotel because it was about 20 minutes outside Bloomington and the prices for gameday were much more reasonable. This hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and they provided breakfast. The free breakfast was pretty standard but it was good, it was hot, and there was plenty of food. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely stay again when we return to Bloomington.

No elevator. I didn’t mind but you will be surprised if not. This is very convenient to the highest and a cheap place to stay 35 mins away from the airport. So much cheaper than anywhere downtown.
