« I got downgraded for my first night while arriving at the hotel without any sort of compensation. The next day I was asked to change rooms but my room was still not available. After keeping me waiting for 20 minutes like an idiot (probably to call 100 managers) I was upgraded to a higher room. Finally in the second room I had I could hear something scraching in the wall of my room. both sides of this wall were in my room so I imagine there was something inside like a rat or a mouse.
