Even though I confirmed whether I can receive laundry before my checkout or not and they replied “Yes”, I couldn’t get laundry when checked out. Reception said laundry can be provided 1 hour later but I left hotel because of another meeting. I asked reception that I came back 3 pm and give me laundry. « Room was decent but didn't really match the quality of the pictures shown. Staff were okay but some smelled like cigarettes. If opened the windows it was disgusting outside. »
