« We loved the halfling house. The overall impression was awe-inspiring, but as we soaked in the little details, the richness just deepened. Nothing failed to transport us to Middle Earth: the architecture, furniture, the curtains, the dishes, the fixtures. Every little decoration tickled me, from the books, to the games, to the light switch plates, to the figurines. Amazing! We watched the LOTR trilogy, cooked some hobbity meals, and dressed up in costumes the host has available for pictures....

« The outside areas around the cottage are adorable! Very inviting and cute vibe from the start. We walked in and each said “I love it!” SUPER clean. The little goodies just for us and all the little thoughtful touches were so sweet. Plenty of backyard grass for our two dogs. It was obvious the space was very pet-friendly. « Home was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. We were pleasantly surprised by the king bed in the master bedroom (I remember the listing noted a queen) and the full bathroom was luxurious. The towel warmer was such a nice touch! The half bath was very small, but as a family of 4, we were glad to have the extra bathroom to use. Kitchen was nicely supplied with necessary items and was also clean and in great condition. We did not use any of the Territory amenities, so can’t comment on that....

« The place is so special! Every single detail was well thought out with a great stay in mind. From a chilled bottle of wine, to snacks and creature comforts, you are welcomed into this stunning home from the moment you arrive.
