« Overall, the stay went well, but there were communication problems. The first day, I was in one room, and then they had to move me to another, and this room was on a military base. Lily was extremely harsh; there was no shower gel, no amenities, it was practically an empty room with three beds, even though I was alone. So, in any case, I was still able to sleep and have a roof over my head, but it was very disorganized, and the owner wasn't very friendly. »

« The place was ok & the fishing village was wonderful. The host invited me to share some dinners with his family & I thought that they were being kind, but in the end he said that I owed him money for the food. I wound up trading him for the two nights that I had paid for, but wasn’t there. I had to stay in Danang the 1st night because the speed boat to & from the island only goes in the early morn & I had to leave a day early because of a storm coming & no boat running. When I booked through...

« The resort property is very nice. My compliments to the reception staff as they are absolutely excellent. Kind, attentive and highly professional. I was welcomed with great attitudes and smiles. I felt happy upon checking in. There were no issues and they were there to happily help with anything I might want or ask. I received a room upgrade to an ocean view king room and the view was terrific. I highly reccomend a stay at New World Hotel. »

« Property was excellent. Clean, great staff and well maintained »

« Travelled with my family including 2 young kids and had a memorable and relaxed time here. Service was excellent as described by many other travellers - really friendly staff across all departments. Resort was well maintained, with aesthetically pleasing and thoughtful design from the rooms to the pools and beach. Breakfast was good, similar to most big international brands (wouldn’t call it spectacular). Airport transfer was super comfortable. Would definitely come back here if visiting da...
