« We booked a room with a balcony and it was supposed to be a certain price , I didn’t even notice until we had already checked in and it was late that we didn’t get the balcony , whole reason I paid the extra money. On top of that they charged us an extra 150$ that came off my card after check in . I think this is on both the hotel and Expedia because I had 2 options of rooms one with balcony one with big tub , we wanted the balcony . Oh ya and it was supposed to be on the beach it’s about 7 min...

« The kids loved the pool and the lazy river. There were plenty of activities in town for cold or rainy days. The beach nearby was so beautiful. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. We liked the big room and the balcony. The big fridge was a good addition. »
