« Wow! This property was absolutely stunning! It was so spacious and clean. Our group of 7 had plenty of room for our stay. The outdoor space is just as impressive as the interior. It was perfect! We enjoyed the large pool, hot tub, pool table, and cornhole boards. There is a lot of patio furniture for lounging and the large outdoor table was great with plenty of seating. One thing we did find was that the concrete steps and landing by the dock, when wet, was incredibly slippery and we had wished...

« Great little place to stay. Cute and enough space for our family of 4. The host was great about getting back with me quick with any questions I had. The walk to the beach was easy and around 3-5 min. The best part was that it was dog friendly. The lounge out back was comfy for my morning coffee breaks. It is in great location and close to shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back. »

« We stayed at the property in April 2026. It is a cute bungalow, and was very clean. The living and sleeping areas were extremely spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the bath linens were plush. We loved the bicycles. There were even beach chairs available, which was a nice touch. The only problem, and it was a big problem, was the door lock. When we arrived, it was 10:00 on a Friday night and we were unable to open the door. « This is a beautiful home, nicely decorated and well maintained, on a canal on Pine Island. The canal provided easy access to waterways making Sanibel and Captiva Islands a short trip away. There was plenty of room to park our boat trailer during our stay. Check-in was easy and the host was quick to respond to a couple of questions we had upon arrival. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning. »

« House was as pictured. Easy check in. Location was great for what we needed. Nice layout. On first walking in the house is nice.However, it seems as though nothing has been maintained since it was built. Loose shower handles, holes in the bathroom wall where the towel bar must've fallen off and never patched. Front door hard to close. « Location on VRBO map was inaccurate as it presents with the pool facing west on the opposite side of this eight lake. The home itself was immaculate, the pool however was filthy. I contacted the owner/manager the first morning of my four night stay and it was cleaned the last day of our stay, so that was disappointing. »

« The rental is nice for a family trip to Cape Coral/Fort Myers and is conveniently located. The 'family room' with the pool table is great to relax at the end of the day. We had a very nice stay and would happily recommend it. »

« I was very pleased with the unit I stayed in. It was clean, close to the beach and very easyto check in. Parking was right outside of my door so I didn't have to carry my things far. Basic amenities supplied. I had a great stay and would love to return again some day. »
