« We stayed here last July for my 40th as we wanted to be close to Madeline Island, but not camp. The main drawback was the list of restrictions. The red tape is I’m sure to avoid party goers, but it was a little bit of a turn off. « From the time of booking Katie had reached out to let us know exactly where we would be going when we arrived and made our entire stay so enjoyable! She recommended we try to catch the mind blowing Northern Lights and had her sister deliver the most delicious “welcome ice cream”! They recommended some hikes we had not done other times in the area as well! The cottage was clean, comfortable, quiet, had everything you would need including firewood and in a great location!! « This is an adorable cottage with amazing views of the Siskiwit Bay. Erin was so accommodating & easy to communicate with. We hiked the Meyers Beach trail to the sea caves which exceeded our expectations. Views were spectacular without leaves on the trees. Beach combing was also amazing with how warm the temps were (unfortunately, that is probably due to climate change) but truly a wonderful Fall week on the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. « The beach on this property is amazing and cannot be beat! We spent hours enjoying the beautiful view and nice sand. The house is a manufactured home, but it was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. It also has a large yard and two fire pits (one at the beach) to enjoy. The outdoor shower was a fun perk as well. I would definitely book it again. »
