« This is the best place I’ve stayed at so far. The host was superb, and the apartment had everything—and then some—that you need to enjoy a truly relaxing vacation. It’s a quiet, private spot. I know it might sound silly, but the bed was absolutely the best! I have absolutely nothing negative to say; I will definitely be back. « The host was very fast to respond and let us check in early, which was nice. However, the whole place felt very dirty. The extra bed looked like the sheets had not been washed, and the extra blanket was rolled up in the closet also looking like it was not washed. There was no extra toilet paper and the lighting in the kitchen was terrible. The towels all felt like they haven’t been washed in a while. The whole place felt like it definitely needed a good deep cleaning. Would not recommend. »

« The property was exactly what we expected. The owners are a young family with a very friendly dog. They even responded to a call late one night when we locked ourselves out. Steps from a beautiful park on the water and there are lots of beach accessories available for use in the garage. Great central location for beaches and downtown St. Petersburg. Would definitely stay there again. »

« The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. However, there were originally only 2 towels and washcloths given for a three night stay for two guests. The listing showed there were beach towels. There were not any. There were two beach chairs, two boogie boards, and an umbrella which was nice. Also, it gets very hot during the day. There is only a window AC unit to cool the unit. In the afternoon, it got up to 76 in the bedroom where the AC unit was. In the kitchen and bathroom, it was at...
