Île de Wight : Chalets

« The staff are always pleasant, friendly and welcoming. The lodges are always clean & extremely dog friendly, it’s lovely to have the wooded area to the beach. Just a few observations on this stay: please could each lodge be given a tiered airer for drying clothes, the current ones are so inadequate & unstable. We asked Receptionist & was told ‘No’ however on approaching Housekeeping, she was really helpful & arranged for one that day - what a difference in customer service! Perfectly...

« STUNNING lodge! In my opinion even better than lodges I’ve stayed in at centre Parcs! So comfortable and clean, very well equipped- only suggestion is giving more than 1 dishwasher tablet would be super helpful. »

« We used as a crew house so the fact the rooms can be set up as three twins was ideal. Some padding on the low ceiling over the stairs! Forgot to duck a couple of times. »

« Lovely spacious lodge. Clean and comfortable. Looking tired in a few places-floor lifting in bathroom, switches and lights are wonky/wobbly.Lack of cushions and kitchen equipment (3 glasses, no bowls for serving) The hot tub was lovely, but could do with a service.Overall, a great lodge and would revisit and recommend, but it does need some tlc. »

« Well appointed house, ideal for a group or large family holiday. A cafetière would be a welcome addition to the kitchen and a couple of the bedrooms would benefit from privacy blinds as they are overlooked. Also we appreciate that this is a deliberate design feature, but the wonderful balconies having opaque glass means you can’t see the views unless standing up or on a high chair. »
