« We asked the host if there was any smells in the cabin when we booked our stay because my wife has a number of health issues that strong synthetic smells can make worse. Such as scented laundry soap and cleaning supplies. We were assured by the host that there was no smell and she asked the cleaning crew to not use any cleaning supplies with and odor. When we arrived at the cabin we walked in to an overwhelming smell of laundry soap with sent so much that my wife was only able to be in the cabin...

« Amazing location directly across the street from the Soo Locks! We literally could not have had a better location! The room was good, clean and had nice space. Our only complaint would be that the a/c was incredibly loud. We would definitely stay again! »

« Very nice updated motel. Room was very clean and pleasant. The location was convenient to the downtown area shops and restaurants. It also is across the street from the river and we saw a couple boats come in. The young man that checked us in and also was there this morning at checkout was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of the area, he gave us some great tips. It’s very refreshing to see a person who likes their job and is good at it! »

« The room was clean, new towels every day, but not tidied up at all. No new cups or clean ice bucket bag, no new soap until last day. Little things go a long way. »

« Clean room, comfortable bed, breakfast was ok—included eggs, sausage, & sausage gravy. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, & sauna. »
