« House was in a quiet neighborhood where you can take a walk if you need to. Quick drives to food and golf. Was a bit of a drive to the beach but getting around is fairly easy in this area. Place had a hot tub and a small patio to soak up the sun. House was clean and host was very receptive to messages. Thanks for the great stay!! »

« I had such an enjoyable stay. Everything was clean and very proper. There were a few features I have never used but Kathy left very detail instructions on everything. Was very comfortable there!!!!! I was able to contact Kathy when I needed to and she even checked with me to make sure all was well!!!! She made me feel like I was home. « We escaped winter in the northern plains to celebrate our anniversary in Florida. We love to walk and explore communities. This property is short blocks from a happening downtown on the river, the Ford-Edison Estate, craft brewery, grocery store and fabulous breakfast restaurant. We kayaked with the manatees and walked the beaches and enjoy being us as a couple. The property could use some loving maintenance, we needed batteries to get the heating/AC unit to function, the outside area needed...
