Several places to eat and shop within walking distance. We also did a shelling day and sunset cruise with Captiva Cruises and they were both excellent and they too were within walking distance. »

« We've stayed at the Lazy Palm many times, and we're looking forward to our next visit. We've seen other homes in the area, and the LP is our favorite. The natural light, the pool/lanai, the elevator, the golf cart and such a great location in the village. LP is a great place to relax with family and friends! »

« The location was amazing from the moment you walk in the doors and see the view out over the mangrove and water. Watching the birds come and go and Osprey building nests was wonderful as was the sunrise coming in those windows. Walk to the beach is short to see sunsets. Watching the pelicans is always entertaining as is shelling and grabbing food at the mucky duck. Thank you so much for making such a lovely clean place available.Hard to leave. »

« Wow! Incredible Home and location that fit my crew of 7 perfectly. The property was clean and had everything you needed without searching for it. The property manager checked in with us right out of the gate and then left us alone but let us know they were only a phone call away and literally two doors down. I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling with a larger group. »

« Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. Very little missing that you could want at a rental house. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap at sinks and showers, etc. that make the home easy to move right into. Extra full fridge in the basement along with the largest collection of beach chairs we've ever seen. Plenty of carts for the short walk down...

« Nice condo and area. The condo was very clean. Pool an easy walk out the front. Beach wasn't crowded at all. Construction was occurring on condo property itself but was not near the condo itself. If you want to buy groceries, would recommend a Kroger before going across bridge to Sanibel.. the local grocery store is greatly overpriced with limited selections »

« Love captiva . South seas is under constructions but coming back . No internet in our room during our stay. South seas needs to provide trailer parking if you rent a boat slips as in the past. »

« The location, house, amenities and everything else associated with our stay at this home were perfect. We were in regular communication with the owners via text, and any question was answered within a few minutes. The pool, hot tub and private path to the beach (2 minute walk) were the highlights. Views of the gulf from the second story and even the kitchen were welcome surprises. We will be back again for sure. »

« Steps from the beach, shops and restaurant's. Comfy accommodations. The living room seating can be extended if needed with chairs from the guest rooms. The pool was a nice size with plenty of room and beautiful landscaping. We had a wonderful time and will book again! »
