« It was everything we hoped for and more. We’ve never seen a home so stocked and ready to just come in and feel at home. Unfortunately I got sick on the trip and had to seek help from the fire department as to what the process would be to see a physician but other than that we consider the trip a huge blessing. Would definitely recommend this home. »

« Tidewater is a very clean home with lots of space and spaces to accommodate a large group. The house has so many different tables and seating options that you could easily host a large gathering. Very little missing that you could want at a rental house. Plenty of towels, blankets, soap at sinks and showers, etc. that make the home easy to move right into. Extra full fridge in the basement along with the largest collection of beach chairs we've ever seen. Plenty of carts for the short walk down...

« We had a wonderful time! The home was clean and stocked with everything you would ever need. We were traveling with all ages from 68 to two one yr olds. The two masters on the first floor were nice for my husband and I’s elderly mothers. The master up stairs had a wonderful bonus room that had a crib and a toddler bed. It was so nice having my youngest children so close but yet separated for some privacy. They had everything you would need for small children including baby gates, baby monitor...

« Wow! Incredible Home and location that fit my crew of 7 perfectly. The property was clean and had everything you needed without searching for it. The property manager checked in with us right out of the gate and then left us alone but let us know they were only a phone call away and literally two doors down. « What isn’t translated through the beautiful photos is the feeling of privacy and adventure as you turn into the palm tree-lined driveway and park in a clean, shaded ground floor area. Staircases to both front and back porch/deck entrances are a plus for busy bodies, and an expansive tropical backyard/garden to indulge in spontaneous visits from the gopher tortoise, indigo snakes and bunnies is nothing short of magical. « We stayed at Gulf Dreams during the first week of April! We had wonderful warm weather and greatly enjoyed the heated pool and easy access to the beach. We had 4 adults and 4 teenagers and the layout out of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate most meals at the house. Pre-ordering the groceries was the way to go! Great communication with the property manager. The house was very clean. Highly recommend! »

The kitchen could not be stocked better - has spices, all the gadgets you could want or need to cook, awesome coffee bar, and they supplied us a cooler and ice for the beach. They were quick to respond to questions. Pool/hottub were awesome and the outdoor activities rocked for our kiddos (8/11/14/14/17). Would definitely recommend this house to families! »

« This is our third stay on North Captiva and by far our favorite view. The dock was a big attraction as we had our own boat. The property manager was great about answering any questions before our visit (we didn’t have any questions or problems during the stay). The home has been updated and is very nice and clean. The online images are very accurate. We enjoyed the Safety Harbor amenities while being next door to the island club. We had a great week and definitely recommend this house! »
