« The beach is perfectly clean and very close, no seaweed. The ocean is so warm and beautiful. The local bus which they call trolley is free to use. We landed at Sarasota International Airport that is closer than Tampa. It is beautiful to see everything around you. Beautiful Florida. Owners should make clear that guests don’t have to go to a different property to check in. Online registration is annoying. Our room was clean and a new unit. My son picked up an ear infection in the pool. »

« Fantastic stay - directly across the street from the beach (with beach chairs and an umbrella) and easy access to the pool! Walking distance to a number of restaurants. The only complaint is that the vacation ended too soon! We will be back!! »

« Company owns several properties . Only one employee to answer phones for the whole system Could never reach anybody all day by calling Room wasn’t ready as promised , keys don’t work, had to wait 30 min for worker to bring new keys Not a private beach , as described . No nearby umbrellas or chairs. Desk person seems uncaring . Would not return . Perhaps it’s their “ lower end “ property so nobody cares about customer . »

« The apartment was adorable and just steps away from the beach. It faced pool, which was comfortable, clean and well maintained. It was centrally located on the island, so mid way between 2 town areas where restaurants & shops were located. We rented a golf cart, which was fun and made traveling to those areas easier. We had a great stay and look forward to going back. »

« The pool was very nice. The beach is really not a beach, there is really no place to sit on the sand. Nice view and conveniently located. The bedroom is very small but clean. Overall nice place to stay! »

« Loved sitting on the balcony outside the room each morning for coffee, listening to the birds & watching the waves on the beach across Gulf Drive, an excellent view, unobstructed by palm trees or buildings. However, must note that there was fairly loud traffic noises along this busy roadway, plus landscapers, trucks & large vehicle noises preventing us from hearing the Gulf waves.
