Palaces à Île Anna Maria

« Cet hotel ne mérite pas ses 4 étoiles. C'est un motel vieillot qui a été entièrement rénové. L'intérieur des chambres est décoré avec goût et tout y est très propre. Petite piscine chauffée au milieu du jardin. Attention l'entrée de l'hôtel se situe en plein virage, cela peut être dangereux, pour traverser et aller a la plage...le plus gros problème vient de l'accueil !!! Nous avons été retardé car la route principale était fermée, il n'y avait personne a notre arrivée vers 19h 30 .... Et aucun...

« Disappointed , in the description it’s says private patio and pool well when sitting out there we could see our neighbors next to us (8ft away)The private pool was 2 BLOCKS away which is definitely not in the description. The staff was really friendly and rooms were clean but not enough amenities like charging port plugs and lamps! Definitely will look for a different place next time. »

« Great location and property was nice but bathroom including sin was extremely small. Easy check in process. Bathroom not cleaned as well as it should have been »

« Our stay was nothing but great. Starting from checking in with Juan Jose and arriving at the hotel the ambiance was great . Parking was available. The room was huge and clean. Will stay again. The only thing needed is a big mirror and a microwave. »

« I don't usually write a review but I feel this place needs to know. It's a quaint Cottage experience and has good beach access the rooms were clean but there was no service to the room I think paying 200 plus dollars a night depending on which room you select should come with daily cleaning service I don't feel as a customer that I should be carrying my towels to the door to be cleaned and carrying them back in to be put away. I don't like the fact that I was asked to do dishes. Especially...
