Excellent hôtel. Personnel adorable ! Fait tout pour vous aider. 2 piscines une en bas et une sur le toit avec un bar. Situé en face d’une plage et à 2 pas de plusieurs commerces de proximité. Également un parking gratuit avec un service de voiturier.

c'est rare de voir dans un hôtel du personnel qui garde toujours le sourire et la disponibilité pour toujours mieux servir les clients. Ca commence à la réception et ça continue au bar, restaurant, petit déjeuner, femme de chambre, piscine, bagagiste, sécurité etc..Bravo

Hôtel très bien situé et service excellent
L’hôtel est extrêmement bien situé, proche de la vieille ville et à proximité des principales plages, à commencer par Playa en Bossa. Les chambres sont comme de petits appartements plutôt qu’une chambre classique d’hôtel, ce qui est pratique lorsque l’on reste une semaine ou plus en famille. Ce que je retiens particulièrement c’est le service excellent (agréable et performant) et le rooftop avec une vue exceptionnelle

Magnifique
Fantastique séjour de 7 nuits au ONE Ibiza. L’hôtel est bien situé, vue magnifique. A 15 minutes du centre et de la vieille ville. Deux piscines, celle du rooftop étant vraiment superbe. Les chambres sont propres et grandes, seul tout petit bémol l’insonorisation des chambres mais vraiment pas dérangeant globalement. Le service est tout simplement incroyable, tout le personnel est au petit soin et à disposition à tout moment, que ce soit pour le check in / out, à la piscine, pour le service concierge.. vraiment le top. Bravo et merci

This was very fantastic experience for us staying at Ibiza One Suites - we were pampered by stuff like we were staying at Four Seasons! They strived to all our needs and went above and beyond - we defintely recommend it, very clean, modern, right next to down town, has ferry boat right next to it, and roof top pool/bar/ kitchen is definitely something to experience during your visit!

Not good enough for the cost.
The location and hotel facilities are first class. However the rooms are not designed for multiple occupancy. We paid £475 per night for 3 adults in one room but not enough wardrobe space and 3rd bed is virtually in kitchen area! You pay all this money and they don’t offer breakfast. Madness

Definetly recommended!
Very friendly and helpful staff, whether it’s the reception, breakfast, housekeeping or bar/pool. Even if someone was having a bad day, they never let it show. Always smiling ear to ear and giving max service. Breakfast was very good!! The hotel is perfectly located, with breathtaking views and very close to restaurants, bars, farmacy, supermarket etc. Clean and nice hotelroom, with kitchen. Will definetly stay here again if I ever come back to Ibiza. Will highly recommend this hotel, because the rooms are very nice, breakfast is great, location is very convenient and the entire staff is very nice, helpful and professional.

One Ibiza Suites is in a great location. Convenient walk or water Taxi to Dalt Vila restaurants and shopping. I ate at the hotel one night and it was one of the best meals I had during my visit. The hotel itself was modern, clean and the staff was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to any of my friends and family.

Guten Tag, meiner Meinung nach war das Hotel in absolut schöner Lage und das Personal war auch recht freundlich. Jedoch müssen sie beim check in 300.- zusätzlich bezahlen zu dem „Original Preis“. Dies wurde nirgendwo erwähnt oder das der Strand am Hotel nicht für die Hotel Gäste inklusive ist. Man zahlt dort noch separat 15€ Pro liege. Ich empfehle Ihnen allen selbstständig ein Taxi zu rufen, die Rezeption hate mir nur für das Taxi zu bestellen 17€ (was der Taxi fahrt entsprechend war) verlangt. Ich wurde nicht informiert das diese kosten noch zusätzlich anliegen. Im Taxi musste ich erneut 17€ bezahlen, auf den Anruf im Hotel meinten sie das wäre der Tarief den ich zahlen muss. Sonst ein sehr schönes modernes und konfortables Hotel!

Me and my sisters had been looking forward to our yearly trip to Ibiza We started our time with lovely days around the pool enjoying cocktails in the sun as it’s once a year we get away together The staff in the pool area were 10/10 they couldn’t have done enough unfortunately I cannot remember a male member of staff who worked behind the bar but he was exceptional The hotel was spotless and the hotel itself is beautiful One night my sister experienced a traumatic night where she stayed in due to stomach cramps and her boyfriend came to visit her to make sure she was okay in the hotel she rang for room service and a member of staff around 12/1am answered the phone to tell her she was in a lot of trouble she went down to reception to be greeted by the member of staff behind the front desk screaming in her face and pointing in her face in front of other guests whilst she was hysterically crying as someone who has worked in customer service and also now runs a company where customer service is the main point I am disgusted a 5* hotel has a member of staff talking to a 22 year old girl the way she experienced they had threatened the police for absolutely no reason and continued to say she was going to be “kicked out of the hotel” at 1am in the morning she was completely on her own feeling vunerable not safe scared in the room scared if a member of staff would break into the room whilst she was sleeping My sister after that night left the hotel to stay elsewhere
