Lovely friendly staff, cannot do enough to help, Laura is wonderful. Rooms are unique and quaint. Situated in a great location. One thing I would change is the digital entry to the rooms. The bleeping noise can be quite intrusive. Fabulous stay - I will be back. Thank you.

Is eenvoudig en je moet goed ter been zijn want ligt op 3e verdieping. Is wel takel voor je koffer:-). Savonds wel veel lawaai van buiten want ligt echt op fantastische plek in centrum met heel veel terrasjes en restaurants, maar binnen geluiden zijn er nauwelijks. Geen probleem om de 5 douches en 2 wc's die er zijn te moeten delen, nooit iemand gezien en deze zijn ook schoon. Aardige mensen.

I wanted to live it, The rooms look very nice, but it’s not a real hotel. it’s small rooms on the 3rd floor of building with no elevator. The rooms get very hot and the air conditioning is limited. It’s very noisy with bars and restaurants outside and the noice amplifies against the walls, so the rooms are incredibly noisy until 4 am. If you want a comfortable place where you can sleep, this isn’t it.

Suite rooms are large, clean and decorated in a fun style. On the down side all the rooms are up three flights of stairs with no lift and there is only someone on reception for a few hours. We enjoyed being right in the centre of Ibiza town with easy access to old town and the port and would stay again

Nice old world hostel on 3rd floor up a steep staircase. Outdoor bar outside my window and busy until early hours. Noise therefore a problem. Location is great. On my last night the heat was cut and in early March that is a problem. Price was good but it will not be my choice next time. Fine for youths on a budget

Realmente decepcionante. Habitación muy ruidosa, colchón incomodo. No cambiaron las toallas en mis cuatro dias de alojamiento. Al lado de la puerta de entrada, portazos constantes. Creo que es bastante sencillo arreglar la puerta de entrada para evitar que golpee. Zonas comunes no demasiado limpias. Mal olor en los pasillos.

Lia and Luis are amzingly friendly people. They genuinely care about providing happiness to their guests. I strongly recommend their guest house. It is located on the middle of the action. Please note that it is not a 5 star hotel. So pleaes don't go there and complain that you have to share bathroom/shower. I can't wait to go back there. When I checked out, Luis came running after me down the stairs. I thought I had left my personal belonging there, but all he wanted was to give me a gift.

3rd floor without elevator, but stairs seem the double! Had to wait until late to get access, but the lady was very nice and fun Perfect location but too expensive for the comfort

It is situated right in the hub of the beautiful ancient city of Ibiza with such a buz at night especially with all the cafes and restaurants spilling out onto the pavements and piazzas. Great to be so central. Quaint rooms, all very clean and unique, wonderful, and Lia is charming and very helpful. Highly recommended.

In der Pension fühlt man sich sofort zuhause. Alle Mitarbeiter sorgen sich um die Besucher und der Standort im Zentrum von Ibiza-Stadt ist perfekt (v.a. wenn man kein Auto gemietet hat und auf ÖV und Taxis setzt bzw. zu Fuss unterwegs ist.). Die Zimmer ist toll eingerichtet und alles ist vorhanden. Wir werden wieder hier absteigen im nächsten Jahr (auch wenn die Preise hoch sind - was sie jedoch in Ibiza-Stadt immer sind...!).

Close to old town, and was wonderfully decorated. Amenities great. Lia and Beatrice were very helpful. Loved the local recommendations Lia gave us for food ans sightseeing, and very appreciative for her staying late to greet us in person when our flight was delayed close to midnight. Had a really wonderful experience, being centrally located to awesome food places. Highly recommend.

O hostel é bem localizado, fica perto do Delta Vila, tem restaurantes supermercado e lojas por perto. É próximo do Porto também e é bem fácil de lá pegar o ônibus que vai para o aeroporto. Para Pacha da para ir a pé. Recomendam alugar carro, porém, eu consegui fazer várias praias com transporte público (ônibus). Quanto ao hostel, o prédio é bem antigo, não tem elevador. Se você é sedentário será uma ótima oportunidade de exercitar-se, são 4 escadas para subir. Quanto as malas, na nossa chegada foi um sufoco, foi fora do horário da recepção, teve que ser no muque mesmo. No check out nos ofereceram um guindaste para descer as malas. Na descrição do hoteis.com, citava que o hostel fornecia água, havíamos entendido que diariamente, isso aconteceu somente no primeiro dia. O quarto cheirava muito forte cigarro, usamos banheiro compartilhado. Existem 2 com porta, os outros com chuveiro só tem divisórias e fecha com uma cortina. Como a hospedagem no geral em Ibiza é cara, o custo x benefício acaba compensando. A Lia é sensacional! Muito atenciosa, nos faz sentir em casa e da várias dicas e sana muitas dúvidas também. Uma outra moça que não me recordo o nome é mais secona.

I have been to this guesthouse several times before , but that was ten years ago! It is so incredible to see that the staff still treats their guests like family, they do everything in their power for us to feel good and well informed about everything! Nice to see that they have improved too, for example airconditoning in all rooms, some rooms have a flatscreen tv and refridgerator, the balconys are being restaurated this autumn...Love the unique boutique/ibizian decor of the rooms and the comfortable beds! The guesthouse is situated just outside of the fortress walls of Dalt Vila, with Placa del Parc on the one side and the Vara del Rey Place on the other, each place very atmospheric! Walking distance to the buss "street" , the harbour , bus to the airport and the "discobus"! Perfect base for a single ambitious traveller, and you will always feel welcome! The best place to be with the greatest value for money in Ibiza town! I will always come back! ❤

Hotel med charme og hjertevarme
Vara Del Rey er et meget charmerende og personligt hotel. Både i indretning og service. Lidt som at være på besøg hos venner. Rent på både værelser, delte badeværelser og fællesarealer. God seng. Placeret lige midt i alting og i gåafstand til butikker, restauranter, barer og marinaen med færger til bla Formentera. Klart et besøg værd.

Unique guest house with old style decore
Luis at reception took the time to give me a warm welcome and explain how his end of Ibiza works. Elevated balconies open onto either an open square or a tree lined resteraunt area. Awake to the sound of an accordion and the smell of freshfresh coffie most mornings!

Der zweite Eindruck zählt!...
Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und eine PERFEKTE lage. Der erste Eindruck war nicht so gut, weil das Zimmer anders war als auf dem Foto, aber zum schlafen (und mir jemanden schlafen ;) ) reicht es voll und ganz aus. Außerdem war es sehr sauber und klimatisiert. Preis Leistung Top!

Jeg hadde ett svært billig og lite enkeltrom. Dusj og bad på gangen, men møtte aldri problemer med dette. De større rommene var staselige, selv med en rustic fremtoning. Største problemet er at det er mange trapper opp og ingen heis, så anbefales ikke om man er dårlig til bens !! De har en vinsj som kan heise opp bagasje i trapperommet, fasinerende og søtt :) Resepsjonen er hyggelige og behjelpelige, men det er begrensede åpningstider gjennom dagen.
