We arrived late in the evening after a long day of travel and the staff greeted us with a cold towel and fresh cold juice. The entire building is very beautiful and clean, you notice it before you even walk in the front door, and each room is just as beautiful.
The bed was very comfortable with high quality bed sheets.
The breakfast was amazing too! With many options from buffett or the menu. (The banana pancakes were the best I have tried)
The highlight was how friendly and professional the staff are, we felt very welcome and comfortable in Hué
There was a little bit of noise, from the other rooms, and perhaps the soundproofing could be improved, however we had stayed during a busy time so very understandable.
Overall highly recommend staying here at the Orchid Premium Hotel
