« Had a great stay at this place. Location was great for our trip to NRG stadium. Place was really nice and felt like a home. The bed was not very comfortable but we wete not plsnning to do much sleep. »

« I came to stay with my daughters for an extended weekend. Overall, the property was in a good area. It was quiet and we were able to easily get to local attractions/restaurants. The only issue we had was gnats. There were swarms of gnats coming from the drain, so we did not use the kitchen space at all. It may just be due to time of year (April). The bed was very comfortable. The complex was quiet and people were friendly. »

« Island Breeze did not disappoint. The apartment was very clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. The location was safe and very quiet. The host is very responsive. It is near the Medical Center and has a variety of dining options close by. We have to return at the end of May and were disappointed that it is not available for our dates. Would definitely stay again. »

« The stay was fine up until the end. Pros: - A great price and located in the medical district, so it's pretty quiet. - The apartment matches the pictures. - The host is very quick with responses! Cons: - Not located near a lot of food options. - Not the cleanest unit. There was a hair on the shower curtain, silverware and pans were dirty, etc. - It's also pretty run down with its finishes. - The scent pod they used was nauseating. We ended up putting it under the sink. I was willing to...

« We stayed here for the Houston Stock Show and would definitely stay again. Everything is within walking distance-food venues, stock show, pharmacy. Also, you have a gated parking garage--we never moved our vehicle. The apartment has an excellent »

« it was a super comfy cozy apartment. Perfect for the location that we needed to go to NRG. And surrounding restaurants for eating out. It had all the essential needs that we needed coffee. Coffee cup, silverware bed, linens towels. We will definitely stay again when we are in the Houston area rodeo season »

« My wife and I stayed here while I was undergoing some treatments at a nearby hospital. Everything was just as advertised. We did need to reach out to the host and she was very responsive. I would not hesitate to stay here again. »

« The property was very nice. Parking was in a secure garage for the property. It was about 2 blocks walking distance from NRG Stadium. Didn't have to deal with parking or traffic. Christopher was very secretive about giving the address to the location until the day to arrive. I was billled for 2 cleanings and management fees for staying 2 days. That wasn't good. »

« Booking and communication with host was easy. The area is well monitored by law enforcement. Visible homeless in the area, but not instrusive. The parking garage and building are very secure. This unit has a designated parking spot with fob access to the building. The unit was clean and plenty of space with many extra amenities. Patio. Bed was comfortable. 10 minute walk to NRG, entry at gate 11, for rodeo we cut thru Holiday Inn and caught the tram to the NRG center. Overall a wonderful space....

« Very well appointed apartment. Fantastic location right next to light rail trains. In quiet,safe gated complex. Samantha is a delightful host. We will be coming back and hopefully will be able to stay here again. »
