SMOKING:
Guests, please note *no smoking allowed inside home or close to entryways* violating this rule will result in immediate removal with no refund and a $350 cleaning fee.

Parking Information:
Please note that only two vehicles are allowed per reservation, and they must be parked directly in front of the townhouse you have reserved. Parking on the opposite side is not permitted, as that area is reserved for the other property owner.

An additional $250 fee may apply for unauthorized parking, and towing may be enforced.

The couch is currently out of order, but a replacement is on the way!

We’re here to make sure your time with us feels special, supported, and stress-free. Our team’s got you covered from start to finish. To help make that happen, a $35 management fee is included in your reservation total. The unit was nice, clean and bigger than we expected. Only complaints are the kruig didn’t work and there was only 3 towels

Couch fell apart as i sat down and i hit my head on the kitchen island. The yard wasn't cut. Floors were horribly nasty. Lots of maintenence needed. Host replied 12 plus hours after contact

The house was easy to check in. It was clean in the inside and well staged. I was surprised to see the yard wasn’t cut and the patio area was dirty. I enjoy sitting outside but couldn’t because the yard was grown up. On Sunday around 11 while we were relaxing a yard 2 guys came by to cut the grass I found that to be unpleasant because it actually woke my kids up. Also on Sunday the owner/guest next door was outside smoking marijuana I found that to be disrespectful with me having my kids there even though they were at the age of 17. Our check out was on Monday but I decided to check out on Sunday evening around 5 or 6. I think Vrbo should screen their property’s a little closer so people can have a more pleasant stay I know things happen but some things can be prevented.
