Our fully remodeled house is very open and welcoming to everyone.

Spacious front and back yard to keep the kiddos busy, nice beautiful deck to relax, BBQ pit ready for you to light up and feed your guests.

A modern fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances: refrigerator (in-door ice/water dispenser), garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, range, and oven, plus KEURIG COFFEE MAKER, 2 slice toaster, electric teapot, and blender (margaritas anyone?). Laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

High speed Fiber internet for uninterrupted streaming for everyone or if you need that reliable connection for work purposes.

Do not use wash clothes to remove make up please use the make up remover wipes that we have provided.

Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.
No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property
Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.
No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm
We are not responsible or liable for any accident, injuries, or illness that occur while on-premises.We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.
If you damage any items in the home, you will be charged the amount to replace the item
FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $250 Charge
FEES: $100 per night per person for each person that is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation
FEES: If you damage any items in the home or if any items is missing you will be charged the item amount to replace the item.
If you are staying longer than 28 nights, you agree to waive all tenant rights and to move out on your check out date unless management has approved an extension.
Early Check-Ins are not guaranteed. An accepted request to book does not mean your early check-in time was approved. You will need to send us a message asking us if you can check in early.

-Late Checkouts- must be approved by the management team. If you stay past your 11 am check-out time without approval, you will automatically be charged for the next nights' stay at the listing's full price.
-Packages-It is OK to send mail/packages to this location. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost or stole/mail packages.
-Guests Staying Overnight- Only the number of guests included in your booking is allowed to stay overnight. All bookings will be required to submit a list of all people staying at the house prior to receiving access. Please let host know if the amount of guests changes and submit a reservation change if needed.
