Enjoy a newly remodeled spacious and fully furnished 1 bedroom 1 bath, with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, private laundry area, working station (high-speed WIFI).

The unit provides easy access to public transportation and major highways, and several restaurants and cafes are within walking distance.

The neighborhood:
Your unit is located on W Bell, in the heart of Montrose, a vibrant neighborhood in the middle of Houston and 2 blocks away from West Gray street where you can find plenty of bars, cafes, fine dining venues and shops.

This is one of the wealthiest and attractive areas in Houston. Centrally located, it is about 30 minutes from the airport, 15 minutes from the medical center, 5 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from The Galleria.

The unit:
The street in which the property is located is very quiet and private. Once you walk through the main gate and the front yard you reach the main house door. Once inside, Genova is the door on the left - please look for the Genova sign above the door.

Early check-in is offered upon availability, however, cannot be confirmed until the day of arrival, pending completion of the cleaning activities.

You will have the whole unit available for you and your party - 1 large bedroom with a queen mattress and a spacious living room with a sofa bed. Overall the unit can easily accommodate at least 3 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table, a full range cooktop and hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher. You can also enjoy an Italian coffee on us with our Nespresso coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods!

There is 1 full bathroom with a tub - towels, shower gel, shampoo, shower mat, hairdryer are provided.

The private laundry room is inside the unit and it includes washer, dryer, and cleaning supplies (including a vacuum). Iron with iron board are also provided and are in the bedroom closet.

An extra set of bedding sheets and duvet/cover are provided to be used with the sofa bed - you can find them on the shelves inside the bedroom closet.

There is plenty of street parking along the street and in the neighborhood.

You'll have the whole unit to yourself. When you enter from the main gate you have access to the front yard. There is a back door through which you can access a small back patio.
