As you walk into the property, the first bedroom is on the bottom floor to your right. It has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom and closet. Head up the stairs to the second floor where you will enter into the living room, dining room, and kitchen. Dining room has seating for 12 between the dining table and kitchen island seating. There is a patio off of the living room overlooking the street. There is a half bathroom off the kitchen, and a secondary patio on the backside of the kitchen. Head up to the third floor you will have the laundry room in the hallway between the master bedroom and third bedroom. Both bedrooms have a king size bed and ensuite bathroom and closet. The master bathroom has a stand along shower and bathtub. The fourth floor is a lofted space with two bunk beds twin over queen, and a beautiful rooftop balcony with plenty of seating and gorgeous city views.
