Excessive noise or disturbances may result in fines or removal from the property per platform policy—we appreciate your help in keeping the peace!

• No events allowed. This home is designed for relaxing family stays, work travel, and group getaways—not for parties or gatherings.
Guests have full access to the home except for two locked owner’s closets—one in the downstairs master bath and one in the upstairs master bedroom.
Lakes of Fairfield is a neighborhood situated on the northwest side of Houston in Cypress TX. The area offers a small town feel away from the busy inner city, but close to major conveniences of shopping, entertainment, restaurants and hospitals. Fairfield has many amenities including paved trails, lakes, parks, and the Fairfield Athletic Club.
The neighborhood has easy access to Hwy 290 and TX-99 Grand Parkway located only a few minutes from the house. Bring your car, catch an uber, or rent a car on Turo to get to your destination.
Access to shopping and grocery stores in Cypress are only a 5 minute drive away. Cypress offers the convenience of many activities and places to visit, including: the Houston Premium Outlet Mall, restaurants, golf courses, breweries and parks. Check out the horse racing at the Sam Houston Race Park or take your companion or kids to one of many local parks and preserves.
Want to visit Houston? The house is approximately 30 miles away from the Downtown Houston area which offers major attractions like the Houston Zoo, Houston Theater District, Children`s Museum, Museum of Fine Arts, Houston Museum of Natural Science, the Houston Rodeo and Livestock Show and much more. Sports lovers will be glad to know we have every major team covered including the Houston Astros at Minute Maid Park, the Houston Texans at NRG Stadium, the Houston Rockets at the Toyota Center, and the Houston Dynamo at PNC Stadium.

Guest Courtesy: Small gestures, such as taking out the trash on designated days, help us keep the home welcoming for everyone.
Wear & Tear: This home has been enjoyed by many guests over the years, and while it shows some natural wear, we’re committed to maintaining its charm and functionality.
Noise Policy: We have a ZERO tolerance policy on noise during quiet hours (8 PM - 8 AM). Please respect our neighbors.
Important Payment Update: Credit card payments not accepted over $3,000. Payments over this amount must be made via Zelle or other form of direct payment. VRBO will charge your credit card for their fees, but the balance will be due with one of these alternate payment method. Name on credit card must match the name on the reservation and ID.
