Even though the street is quiet, it is close to the Kemah Boardwalk with entertainment and restaurants. - No Smoking Inside: Please keep the house smoke-free. - No Glitter or confetti on the property. - Life Jackets in the Garage: Must be worn if kayaking. - Pick Up After Your Pet: Use the bags provided to clean up after your pet. - No Glass in the Pool Area: Use plastic cups and containers. - Keep Noise to a Minimum After 10 PM: Be respectful to neighbors
