This three-story, bayfront home boasts a wonderful Seabrook location, just a half-mile stroll from Bayside Park and its pavilion, picnic areas, and hiking and biking path. Walk about half a mile to a number of shops and restaurants in town, or hop in the car for a fantastic day at the Kemah Boardwalk (two miles), El Jardin Beach (four miles), or the many attractions of Galveston (27 miles).

Ascend a flight of exterior stairs, stopping on the shaded front porch to survey the beautiful scene of Clear Lake. Inside, you'll be greeted by a light-filled home office, the perfect place to log onto the WiFi, work at the desk, and take calls in peace.

The polished living space features windows at every turn, filling the house with sunlight and views of the water. There's an elegant, open kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a gas stove), a large prep island with bar seating, and a window-lined dining space overlooking the bay. Bring a glass of wine out to the balcony, watch your kids play in the yard below, and spend your evenings streaming movies in the comfort of the living room's leather sofas.

There are three bedrooms upstairs, including a spacious primary suite, and one bedroom on the main floor. Additional features of the house include a washer/dryer and central air.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
