A relaxed coastal neighborhood, not a party house. Quiet hours 8 PM to 8 AM. No parties or events.

Good to know before you book:
- Dogs welcome with pre-approval and a pet fee (no cats).
- Neighborhood: a laid-back, established coastal neighborhood with a mix of home styles, including some mobile homes, and you may occasionally see neighborhood dogs out and about. The home itself is fully updated and well kept; the real draw is the location, a short walk to El Jardin Beach and minutes to the Kemah Boardwalk.
- Baby and toddler gear is available to rent directly from BabyQuip (not free at the home). Use the link in your Breezy Key, or book on BabyQuip`s website.
- We keep up routine professional pest control; Texas has seasonal insects, so just let us know if anything comes up and we will handle it.
- Trash: please roll the bins to the curb on collection days for pickup.

Parking: Driveway; street parking allowed. Please don`t block neighbors` driveways or mailboxes. Ask first for boats, trailers or ATVs. Dogs are welcome when they are on your reservation and paid for. No cats. Keep pets off the furniture. Fire pit: never leave a fire unattended, put it fully out, and follow any burn ban. Trash pickup is Wednesday and Saturday: roll the bins to the curb the night before or by 7 AM. Everyone staying overnight must be on your reservation. Ask before early check-in or late check-out. Stays of 28+ nights sign our Extended Stay Agreement, with a photo ID and selfie check used only to confirm who signs.
