Hôtels Freeland près de Aéroport international MBS

« Kids hockey teams were extremely loud and running around for hours.. other than that it was really nice.. »

« They punished us for booking through Expedia by giving us a handicap room we did not require or request it was the first room closest to the lobby and very noisy. The window was broken and they didn’t tell us that so we didn’t find out until 1 in the morning when we tried to close it because we were freezing. When I asked about it the next morning they admitted it was supposed to be closed and they had out a work order in 2 days before my stay so they definitely knew and just said nothing. »

« It was disappointing that there was no hairdryer in the room and not enough towels and wash cloths. »

« The room was ok. But it needed to be dusted. The check in clerk was very nice and helpful. The check out clerk acted like I was taking up her time or something. She wasn’t friendly at all. »

« Bon hôtel »

« The stay was nice comfortable and calm, breakfast needs to be improved. »

« Think of the poshest Sheraton in existence …. This isn’t that one. The Sheraton name is misplaced with this establishment. Housekeeping is only available every 3 days. We received clean towels only once and had to get them ourselves from the front desk on a 5-day trip. Booked a King room and found it was a Queen bed and was missing furniture from the room. This place is a Motel 6 with fewer carpet stains and less homeless hanging about. It’s attached to an Uno Restaurant with walk thru doors...

« Service propreté personnel accueillant Et servilliable »

« For a Hampton Inn I was hoping for little nicer accommodations »

« Tranquille et personnel attentionné. Restaurant a meme l hotel »
