« This property is a current work in progress...I hope. The room was stellar and redone VERY well. The rooms was clean and staff were kind and helpful. There are a few areas that still need to be redone (e.g., the ground floor walk way to elevator looks like a trap house, and elevator sounds like it it’s pleading for oil/lubrication.). « This Bay City location has the BEST staff of any hotel we have booked. They were kind, courteous, professional and responded immediately to any request, question or issue we brought to their attention. Staff rates 10 out of 10! It appears this hotel has recently been sold and the on site GM and maintenance director were let go soon thereafter. The overall hotel and our room were clean, neat but needed attention to replacement/maintenance issues. Our room's carpet was damp and musty..black...

« Greeted by a long timer Michigan resident who was very accommodating. My room was quite roomy and very clean. Unlike most hotels in the area, fresh towels were delivered on a daily basis and the room was tidied up by the maid. »

« The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Nice kitchen with all the amenities you need. The bed was very comfortable. The only setback was the breakfast. There was a lack of selection. The scrambled eggs as well as the coffee were lukewarm. I particularly liked the pool and hot tub. »
