It doesn't cost very much to go purchase a few shower chairs that are actually useful for folks with limited mobility. You don't understand the issues that the amputee community experience until it happens to yourself or a loved one. I am still...

« The staff was very nice, however I was told there would be someone at the desk 24/7 for my early check-out. At 5:30am there were 6 people waiting to check in and no one available at the desk, and a box to drop key cards in for those checking out. On my second night the emergency alarm went off due to someone smoking in their room, but staff was just...

« Nice hotel with very helpful and accommodating staff at the front desk, room service and when calling with questions. If you’re in tower two, expect a little bit of a walk to get to your room. Ice machine was broken and had to call room service to get ice on my floor. Overall, a good experience and the food from room service was very good. If you like old-fashioned traditional hotels where you can actually get a full meal delivered to your room this might be it for you. It is also within walking...

« Le lit étais confortable, ambiance vraiment sombre. Les murs jaunes et le manque d'éclairage n'aidaient pas. L'annonce disait un repas déjeuner et sur place on me le confirme de 6h a 9h mais que je m'y suis présenter il n'y avait rien. La personne a la réception a simplement hausser des épaules. Dommage »
