The co-hosts for this property (Madison & Cody) will be your primary point of contact throughout your stay and are happy to assist you with anything that you need. Ultimately, our level of interaction is completely on your terms but if you need us, we are just a text/email/phone call away. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have you as our guest! Our hope is that you enjoy our little slice of paradise as much as we do while making memories with your friends and family that last a lifetime!

☀ Pool is open from the beginning of March thru the end of October and is not heated. Hot tub is open year round.

☀ We use a fantastic house cleaning service that provides clean bedding, towels/wash cloths, and a starter kit for each new guest that includes 1 use of the following items to get you started for your trip: Dishwasher soap, liquid dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags and laundry detergent.

☀ Lake Hamilton is lowered by Entergy beginning November 1st through the end of February.

We loved it! A few things we found not working, such as, 2 TV's, outlets in the kitchen and lamps with burned out bulbs. I suggested to co-hosts that someone should be monitoring this on a regular basis. We found the location to be ideal. I would definitely recommend. We had awesome family time! Thank you!

Our party of 12 stayed four nights at this lovely home, enjoying the large great room that opened to the kitchen and dining areas. The bedrooms came with attached bathrooms, so convenient for our use. And the kitchen was well supplied with cookware and utensils with plenty of room for cooks and on-lookers.The only disappointment -- Lake Hamilton had been drawn down about 3 feet, so the water level at the pier was quite shallow. Still, the pier made a great bird watching platform by day and a star gazing spot by night.

Property was arranged perfectly with 6 master suites all with a lake view. Gathering to celebrate 331 years of accumulative years of marriage. Great tour on the lake wi6Caotain Jack and enjoyed the trolley tour. Spent a lot of time on the beautiful area facing the water.Safe area and good restaurants! Really liked the Blue Monkey and Phil's diner.

My four siblings and I along with our spouses wanted to celebrate the fact that each couple had been married over 50 years. This 6 bedroom house on the lake was perfect for us to visit, play games, sit in the hot tub (the pool was a little too cold), and just enjoy being together, which has been a rare occurrence in past years. Hot Springs is very close and has lots of good places to eat and things to do. Each couple had their own bedroom with king size bed with attached bathroom, and there were several areas inside and out where we could all gather very comfortably. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is looking a place for a special get-away.

This is the third time we have stayed in Hot Springs and the second time we have stayed at this house. We LOVE staying here. The house is perfect for our large family. The property manager is the BEST and responds promptly to any questions, requests or concerns. The kids love the pool. The outside entertaining area is just as relaxing as a full scale resort with the sounds of the waterwall and the view. Thanks for another great vacation of making memories with our family. Our family of 11 (ages from 9 months to 75) all experienced plenty of personal space and lots of gathering space in this bright and open well designed lake home. Peaceful cove location on Lake Hamilton with large deck, private pool, dock and hot tub. Kitchen was more wonderfully stocked with cooking and serving utensils than my own kitchen at home. We needed nothing but food and extra paper products. Seth was a quick responder to our small issue and even located a pair of glasses we had lost in the dock lake water. More beautiful than any pictures. Book this gem!

I have held back writing this review waiting for this company to make things right. However, I cannot recommend them due to the lack of communication and they have still have not returned my damage deposit - even though they stated there was no damage and I’m entitled to a full refund. They stated there’s a problem with their business accounts and asked for my personal address to send me a check, said they could not refund my credit card. So I sent my personal address but am still waiting. It seems very odd to me. Also, if they had been upfront and stayed in communication with me I would not feel this is very odd. I have had to ask numerous times for answers, I had to keep asking about the deposit they owe me.

This is our second stay in this beautiful home and it was just as wonderful as the first time. What this house has that we love is every room has it’s own bathroom and a view of the lake. It has a huge refrigerator and freezer to accommodate a weeks worth of food for a large group. It has 2 long tables so everyone has a seat and an ice maker that has crunchy ice (a family favorite). 2 large washer and dryers is also a plus! There were just a few issues with the hot tub and breaker, but the house manager was on it within minutes. It’s a wonderful place to stay and make memories.

Property was beautiful! Loved house, outside and the view. Very roomy and comfortable! Manager came over quickly when we had an issue. Directions as how to run tv would have been helpful. We were surprised when cleaners still there at 5:10 and that cleaning tools left in kitchen. But the nicest VRBO any of the 9 of had ever stayed in!

First of all, we were not prepared for the extreme humidity in Arkansas. Holy heck. With that being said, this house was the most amazing place to stay even when the heat index was 116 degrees. It was so comfortable indoors in the cool and that pool was amazing to cool off in when outdoors. We came from Kansas where it’s flat, flat and flat again. We really enjoyed the beautiful view. It was located close enough to the downtown part but far enough to get away from traffic and commotion of the downtown area. A lot of things seem to be closed on Tuesdays, so keep that in mind when booking. The house was amazeballs! I had messaged the host beforehand checking on availability of certain kitchen items. Like a good host, he was not sure if specifics were available, so I packed everything but the kitchen sink. Turns out, basically everything was available that I asked about. In the description when I read there was an ice maker, I immediately thought the refrigerator had one. No, no. There is a huge nugget (Sonic) ice maker built into the kitchen cabinets. If you think someone can be too excited about nugget ice, you would be wrong. Mind blown! Seth, the host, answered every single message extremely quickly and friendly. We had one minor issue and he arrived at the house in a flash. Much thanks to him for accommodating us with perfection. This trip was a family girls trip. We are already looking to book this house again for another family trip with the boys next time.
