Débarquement à notre arrivée = 10/10 La première personne à la réception = 5/10 Vraiment pas sympathique, on lui demande une chambre le plus haut possible, il nous donne le 5e étage!!! On reviens à 15:30 car nous étions sur place à 10:00 le matin et la 2e personne avec un grand sourire nous propose une chambre au 16e étage et pourtant le premier nous disait qu’il n’y avait plus aucune chambre de dispo!!! Le personnel au resto déjeuner = 10/10 Bref je recommande cet hôtel très bien situé en plein centre ville et à 2 minutes de la plage. Merci

Stayed 7 days in this hotel the service at the reception is efficient, very clear and very very cordial, the room was spacious and miss Alicia made it shine every day with her great kindness and enthusiasm a pleasure.the hotel is located in the center of waikiki everything is done easily on foot, for the beach just in front, the great shopping, restaurants in quantity and bus stations to go to diamond Head for example, the roof top nearby. We can have lunch in an establishment which is next to the reception (a little expensive) No worries to order cab and to drop your luggage before leaving to the airport the hotel is well organized. There is a little bit of noise with the maui brewing establishment in the evening depending on the day, the swimming pool is a little bit small for the hotel but few people during the day. I recommend this hôtel

Wonderful
The room was comfortable and greatly decorated. The employees were friendly. The hotel is at a short walk from the beach and provide towels for the pool or the beach. There is a lot of things to do around, many restaurants and shops. The coffee and the Maui Brewery where both delicious. We appreciated our stay but keep in mind that you will be downtown right into the action of Waikiki so it is noisy sometimes outside.

It was a great stay! However, the room that was given to us had construction beside us so we can hear all the drilling. Also, the towels in our room had make-up stains on it.

Over Priced this is an old hotel the Gym is the size of a single room not more than 6 can workout there. Pool is small and so his the sundeck. There is limited parking and the hotel sends you across the street to park. For $20 a night more there are other hotels in the area that are much better choices, we regret stating 4 days in this dump.

Room was extremely small. Hardly any space to open one bag. They wanted additional $75 for checking in early. There were no bathrobes provided though that was the amenity they offer.
