« My family and I had a terrible stay at this property. It was a very cold night and the main reason we booked was because of the jacuzzi. We turned on the heat right when we arrived but even after several hours the jacuzzi was barely warm. The stairs to get into the jacuzzi are cheap plastic, not anchored to the floor or the jacuzzi itself. The ground under the stairs is unstable causing the stairs to wobble back and forth dangerously. Two of my children fell off these stairs, causing horrible...
