Family Friendly Farmhouse

Please come enjoy our 1950's farmhouse while we are away! The entire property will be yours with no other guests or residents being present during your stay. We include all the comforts of home.

Bedrooms: There are four bedrooms. In all we can sleep 13. For infants, we can set up a portable crib upon request. We also offer an airbed that you can set up yourself or have prepared for you for an added fee.

The Forest Room features a California King Ghost bed. There is an attached full bathroom stocked with fresh towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. A queen airbed can be added to the attached sunroom upon request at an added cost ($25) with at least 24 hours notice or you can find the airbed and linens in the hallway closet to set it up yourself. This room can sleep up to four guests. Netflix is available on the smart TV.

The Dream Castle Room features a queen bed, sleeping two. Children are welcome to play with toys found on lower shelves (labeled). Please enjoy the vintage My Little Ponies, Rainbow Brite, and plushies found on the higher shelves and hammocks with your eyes only.

The Ghostbuster Room offers a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle, sleeping three. The toys and Ghostbuster memorabilia are to enjoy with eyes only. The cabinets are childproofed for your convenience. Netflix and s available on the smart TV.

The Eighties Room offers a queen bed and a full futon, sleeping four. Please enjoy the many 80s toy collectibles with eyes only. Guests are invited to play arcade games on the retro arcade cabinet. Your children may play with the legos in the cube bins.

Bathrooms: There are two full bathrooms and one half bathroom. A spacious bathroom with a tub and shower, two sinks, fresh towels (9), a hair dryer, and complimentary toiletries is located near the three bedrooms. The second bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink off of the Forest Room and is stocked with towels as well (4). The third bathroom is attached to the Landry room in the finished garage and offers a toilet and sink. All showers have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Kitchen: You are welcome to anything in the fridge, spices, etc as well as dinnerware, appliances, and cooking utensils. We appreciate when guests can load the dishwasher before checking out.

Living room: The gas fireplace warms the house quickly. We also have central heat and AC. You are welcome to watch tv or movies on our soft leather couches. There are DVDs, board games, and children’s toys in the credenza. Netflix is available on the smart TV.

Linen: Additional pillows, blankets, and linens can be found in the linen closet in the hall. We do not ask guests to strip beds or complete any kind of laundry tasks.

Laundry: Off the primary bedroom you will find a finished garage with holiday items stored to the left, and a door to the right. Through the door you will find another bathroom and a laundry room. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer during your stay.

Cleaning: If you need any cleaning supplies during your stay they are located under the sink and in the entry way closet. If anything does not meet your standards of cleanliness, please let us know and we will have it corrected within 12 hours.

Yard: Please enjoy our child friendly yard and gardens and be mindful of quiet hours from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. Gardeners come on Friday mornings to mow the front lawn. They will not enter the backyard.

Guest Pets: Please only let pets go potty in the front yard lawn, not the artificial turf in the backyard.
