« We stayed 1 night, the staff were so sweet and eager to assist. Its right on the promenade. Easy parking. Comfy bed. If you need absolute silence maybe get a room away from the landing where people are but it was all good for us. »

« We had a nice stay. It was more affordable to rent this apartment than a hotel room. There were two bedrooms and two bathrooms, kitchen, living room and an outside patio. Everything was clean and cozy. It was only a few minutes away from Branson Landing. The property management was attentive and responsive. »

« The only thing bad was my room was downhill in the back, you had to walk uphill to get to the dining area. It was a strain for a 73 year old. »

« The room was clean, but it was in a noisy area next to the swimming pool and they allowed dogs which barked all night long. »

« It wasn’t a bad resort. The room was ok but it needed a good clean. And the breakfast wasn’t the best. Kids get two little waffles but if an adult wants one you have to pay $5 for each one. Other than that they had cereals and breads. And don’t plan to checkout before 9 a.m. We tried and no one was in the main office so we called the number and didn’t get an answer. And don’t expect a lot of towels or toilet paper. »

« The sheets were stained and had blood stains as well and cigarette holes. The floor was sticky and filthy. I had the toilet seat had feces on it. The beds were hard as a rock and the comforters had never been washed and the heater did not work. The heater didn't work adequately »

There is an order form to hang on your door for towels, toilet paper etc. We put it out in the morning and the next morning we still did not have what we needed. I called the front desk and the rude man yelled that he was by himself and I would have to come get what we needed. « I chose Savannah House based on reviews and was very happy with it, Hotel is clean and very well maintained. We met people who have been staying there for years. It had older couples plus few families staying there. The hotel is very accessible to those with mobility issues with breakfast area next to the main desk, wide hallways and elevators.
