« It was perfect for what we needed. A reasonably priced no frills family friendly establishment close to everything. »

« John, the guy who was always at the front and anywhere else that was helpful for the guests is amazing. He knew the best restaurants, places to go and when was the best times to go. He knew the history of the hotel and more. Everyone needs a “John” to explain the area, history and whatever you might need he is there to help with a smile and a handshake. »

« Overpriced, paid 3 separate “service fees” once we checked in, on top of the room rate. Nothing special about the hotel, not worth the price we paid. »

« They are working on fixing up the place. I was wanting to swim but they had it closed with them working on it. They might work on get a bigger place for the dogs to walk outside and go to the bathroom. »

« Had a balcony view of fountain lights. Was absolutely beautiful. Rooms were very clean. We didn’t care for the beds, mattress was a little hard for our liking. Very convenient location. We were able to walk short distance to board the scenic train ride, maybe a block. Couple of blocks walk to historic downtown. Lots of choices of eating in this area. »

« Very comfortable beds. Clean rooms. A lot of activities and games on site. The pool and hot tubs are clean and comfortable temperatures. The staff is kind and helpful. Massimo was welcoming and happy to help with any questions we had. »

« Clean, in good shape. Economical. Doors open to outside, no doors between rooms. Quite hilly (normal for Branson) so parking at the level of your room is useful. Maybe not the best in cold weather. »

« Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. I was shocked the mattresses were not protected with encasings for bugs and such. The hot tub had a black moldy ring around it. Overall it was a nice stay. I like that the pool is not super deep. It was 5 ft and 3ft. Loved the nightly ice cream social. »
