The apartment is located at the TOP CORNER of a historical building, which was previously built by American to serve their people during the Vietnam War and then taken over by Vietnamese Government after Reunification day in 1975. Residents here are almost Saigoneses who or whose family members have been working for the Government. Living here, you can find many interesting things about the daily life of Saigon locals, especially commoners who fights from day to day to earn a living.

Location: Walking distance to many tourist attractions in Saigon:
- 0.2 km to Ho Chi Minh City Museum of Fine Arts;
- 0.4 km to Ben Thanh Market, Bitexco Financial Tower, Saigon Skydeck, Nguyen Hue walking street;
- 0.7 km to Ho Chi Minh City Museum;
- 0.8 km to the City Opera House, Bui Vien walking street;
- 1 km to the Independence Palace, Tao Dan park, Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, Saigon Central Post Office;
- Only 20m – 500m to a dozen convenience stores (circle K, B’s mart), nightclubs, bars, pubs, and shopping malls. Banking services and ATMs are all around.

Regarding the apartment: It is not easy to find such a good place in Saigon with a direct view to the Iconic Bitexco Tower. The panorama scene from the window is just amazingly wonderful.
For your most pleasant experience, I have provided full amenities for the apartment with:
- High-speed wifi access;
- A cable TV with internet access. Users can choose either famous TV channels or TV Apps (Youtube) for entertainment;
- Air-con, fan, washer & dryer, spacious fridge, microwave, bread toaster, water boiler and basic kitchenware sufficient for self-cooking. They are all brand new and excellently functioning;
- Hangers and iron for your clothing;
- Bathroom with hot shower, Vietnamese herbal body care products (including shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), a hair-dryer and cotton towels replaced for every new arrival;
- High-quality Vietnamese coffee and tea for free. Teapot and coffee maker are also available;

- Self-check-in using wheel SMART locks.

You will save a huge of personal cost if you do everything on your own, otherwise, you still make more saving than living in other places because the services offered by my neighbors are very cheap. (Cleaning services ~ US$5-10, laundry ~ US$1/kg)
