Cana Cottage | Farm Stay

Come visit Cana Cottage, a peaceful nature getaway in East Texas. Tucked away on 11+ acres of forest, this cozy cottage is conveniently located in-between Tyler and Lindale. We are just 4 miles south of I-20, and an hour and fifteen minutes in either direction from Dallas and Shreveport. The Surrounded by evergreen forest, two creeks, and plenty of wildlife - Cana Cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Though the property as a whole is secluded, the cottage sits about 200 feet downhill from our main home.

This 432 square ft, 1 bed 1 bath cottage has an open concept when you walk in. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all one shared space. The kitchen offers everything you would need for a long-term OR short-term stay. A sliding barn door will bring you back to a cozy bedroom with a queen-sized bed, and a final barn door opens up to a full bathroom at the back of the cottage. Additionally there is a washer/dryer in the bathroom that is free for guests to use.

Guests will have full access to the entire stand-alone cottage. There is ample parking space in the gravel drive in front of the cottage. Feel free to hang out on the porch or take a walk down the long driveway. We are a fragrance-free rental! That means that we do not use candles, air fresheners (plug-ins, sprays, etc.), high-powered fragranced cleaning products, or dryer sheets. Our laundry soap and disinfectant spray both have clean ingredients that contain essential oils. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions!
