Très bien pour une étape
Nous avons séjourné 1nuit dans cet hôtel. Il y a tout le confort nécessaire, manquait juste 1 coup d’aspirateur pour enlever les cheveux des clients précédents!!! Sinon les lits étaient très propres et confortables. Chambre relativement spacieuse et environnement assez calme. Parfait pour faire une étape sur la route.

One female manager was very rude and very unprofessional. Rooms were too noisy. Every night I had either dogs barking, music or crying baby. Not going back. Getting a nights refund through Expedia was a major drama. Won't be using that again either.

Very happy and will come back again.
The accommodation was clean and convenient to our requirements. The pool was beautiful to relax in and the advantage of hotel and meals on site was great. The unit was good, a bit dated in places but overall acceptable. The staff were friendly and helpful when required. Very happy and will come back.

The staff were very friendly. We had a problem with the air conditioning so they moved us to another room. The food at the hotel was wonderful. Great stay. Some things need abit of repair and the freezer in both the rooms we were in needed defrosting.

It was like turning back the hands of time about 30 years. Which is fine. Tradies park wherever they like, including in front of our unit and we had to park quite a distance away at the front of the complex.

This place is not eco friendly at all. They don't have that sign "dont disturb" as every other hotel does. I told the receptionist Friday night that I don't want a housekeeping as only two nights there. She promised tell to cleaner but they did the housekeeping in my room anyway. I will not stay in that place again.

My expectations were low gives how cheap it was. When the wifi is permanently down and you can't work the TV from bed. We had to stand next to TV for remote to work. It disappointed. Should have been even cheaper. Front desk staff were amazing and cleaners have worked hard to keep an old facility at its cleanness.

The lake is awesome. There are hundreds of turtles that live in the lake that will come and greet you seeking food when you go near them. This was delightful for the children and they really enjoyed feeding them. The only thing I didn't realise was that the accommodation is waterfront to the lake and so I had to be extra onto it with the small kids when coming in and out of the accommodation. We would definitely return if we were to visit Hervy Bay again

Don’t stay here
Stayed here for work for 2 nights, what a mistake that was! Greeted at reception to be told the wifi was being worked on and currently not working with no indication of how long. It didn’t work for the entire stay. There was no parking near the room. All of 5 spaces to service at least 20 rooms, left to park in the pub parking area and walk with multiple bags at least 300m and up a dark, dirty staircase. Finally get to the room to open it up and be greeted by the oldest, most run down accomodation I think I’ve ever stayed in. Holes in walls, very worn furniture and carpet that has visible dirt imbedded into it. 1 light in the room with 1 lamp that did not work, clearly had an electrical fault. 2 signs in the room were laughable… 1 saying that valuables to not be left in room, clearly they don’t trust their housekeeping team. And the 2nd was a room service sign with QR code to order. Tried this, to be sent to a me&u ordering page that was not in service… what’s the point of the sign?! Bed was hard, pillows were lumpy. The only decent thing was the hot water in the mouldy, soap scum covered shower. Do yourself a favour and opt for another hotel. This one is in dire need of a major refurbishment, or better yet - knocking down.
