« Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect. »

« This was a lovely quiet, double bed room, bathroom, open-plan kitchen, dinning room, living building. The host was welcoming and then left us to be private. Parking is free and easy. Outside dinning spots. »

« Just spent a long weekend at Anna’s beautiful property. We booked the house and both the cottages as we had a large family gathering. It met with all our expectations and beyond. The kitchen was a great area for us to cook an early family Christmas meal for 21! It was well stocked with everything we needed to prepare and cook the meal. Also a great place to gather and chat whilst preparing. The dining table was large enough to seat us all with the lounges having lots of space to sit and chat....

« We had a great stay here for a few nights with the family over Easter. The barn is lovely and well equipped, the kitchen had everything we needed including a big multi-oven cooker which made cooking for 6 people with varied dietary requirements very straightforward. The garden is lovely and we were lucky enough to catch some of the trees in full blossom. We enjoyed some superb walking and there was plenty of information provided to help us find paths that didn’t show up on my internet...
