« Good location close to the centre of Worcester.
Accommodation was clean and of a good standard for the price. The Fleming suite entrance was right next to the communal front door which you could hear when opened. Our room would have benefitted with a door chain which was missing or a bolt to make the property feel more secure.
Overall we had a good stay and would stay again in future. »

« Our checkin was good! Room was lovely and spacious. Bathroom was good. Slept well on the nice big bed.
Breakfast was very good and Mila our server was friendly, kind and welcoming!! Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast. »

« Fantastic hotel in Tewksbury right where the major. Style happened in the war of the roses. Food, service and hotel are lovely a bit modern classic. Everyone was very be friendly. Great golf course and spa on site, really recommend for a stay in the Cotswolds. »

« Not very welcoming team, the room is just disgustingly dirty, mould on the ceiling of the bathroom and the tiles joints are full of mould. the room has certainly not seen a vacuum cleaner for ages. There's NO EXCUSE for such dirt. A pity as it could be a nice place, but it's a NO GO in these conditions »
