« What’s not to love? This place is an absolute gem. The rooms are immaculate, each with its own unique character, and it was so peaceful and relaxing throughout our stay. The staff in the pub couldn’t do enough for us, proper old-fashioned customer service at its best. Everyone we spoke to was genuinely friendly, welcoming and happy to help. The food was exceptional. « Great location for Saltburn & Whitby, lovely, quiet village. Sunday lunch was delicious, big portions, very good value for money. Would highly recommend. The room was clean & very comfortable with fantastic views. The bed was very comfy too. The staff were all very friendly and attentative. Will definitely visit again. »

« Budget price - budget room. Room was basic but very clean and beds were comfy. Tea and coffee available (& extra if needed). We literally just slept there so perfect. Parking on site was brilliant, plenty of space - 20 minutes walk into centre. Quiet despite being over a pub. Outside Iron staircase to the accommodation was a bit daunting with luggage though so something to be mindful of, but if you’re looking for cheap accommodation in a beautiful city then, it’s ideal. »
