"This room falls far below the standards you would expect from a four-star hotel—truly disappointing from start to finish. The room was freezing cold, and the heating system simply did not work. To make matters worse, there were small hairs in the bed and on the sheets, and the pillows were worn out and very uncomfortable. The bed itself was old, extremely small, and fitted with an outdated spring mattress that made it difficult to rest properly. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor and clearly in need of serious improvement. They promised to resolve the heating issue or move us to another room, yet neither of these solutions was ever carried out. We were told that an engineer had been sent to reset the heating, but in reality nothing was fixed and the situation remained unresolved. Overall, a very frustrating, unpleasant, and unacceptable experience for a hotel that claims to be four stars."
