Dolphin is a spacious three bedroom pet friendly holiday cottage providing ideal accommodation for a Cornwall family holiday, just 150 yards from the beach of Hayle. Dolphin enjoys views across the estuary and sea to the West Cornwall golf course, Porthkidney sands and Carbis Bay.

There is a communal seating area with stunning views over St Ives Bay to St Ives, Cornwall. with ample seating on the grass lawn.

The entrance hall to Dolphin leads to a 24ft open plan lounge / kitchen / diner which is fully furnished throughout.

Dolphin is available for dog friendly holidays in Cornwall. We welcome two well behaved pets throughout the year and we are close to dog friendly beaches. Outside, Dolphin has a decked terrace area with seating and this is just 10 metres away from the communal seating area to the side of the Penellen which overlooks the sea and beach. The communal seating area has ample seating and has a lawned area. From there you also enjoy access to the coast path leading to the beach.

There is reserved parking for 2 cars with local seasonal pubs and shops close by.

The prestigious 3 miles of golden sandy beach of St Ives Bay Cornwall is just 100 yards away from the property.

Dolphin is one of our Sunday changeover properties.

There is electric heating in Dolphin, all heating, electric, bed linen, towels, parking and wifi are included in the price you pay - there are no hidden extras.

If required, we have a travel cot and high chair available - these are £5.00/each per week.

The dining area is furnished with a large table and six chairs (high chair available on request - please ask for further details).

The kitchen area is fully equipped with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, breakfast bar and all of the appliances that you would expect.

The large hallway incorporates the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Master Bedroom

The master bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview.

The room is completed by an en-suite comprising shower, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

Bedroom 2

This room also has a double bed, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with a flatscreen TV with Freeview.

Bedroom 3 is a twin bedded rooom with two single beds, a double wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with a flatscreen TV with Freeview..

Dolphin has a decked area with seating. In addition, just 10 yards away, there is a communal seating area to the side of the Penellen overlooking the sea and beach with a further grassed area with seating.

From the seating area, there is access to the coast path leading to the beach which is just 100 yards away.

Dolphin has two reserved car parking spaces.

The seasonal local pub and shop is close by.

Dolphin is pet friendly and up to two well behaved dog are allowed. This is by prior arrangement - please remember to add to your booking.
