Havering : Chalets

« This was a "special birthday" holiday, to see some football and introduce my 13 year old grandson to London. The location of this flat is perfect -- it is possible to walk to many sites, the Underground is just a few steps away, and busses are easily accessible. We ate in. brought in "take away" (Indian, Thai -- amazingly good) and appreciated the host's suggestions. We managed, even though two of our party got sick along the way. « Really enjoyed our time at the tent. Location was lovely with the lake. Accommodation excellent, beds v comfy and our child loved the treehouse bed! Access to the playground after-hours was an unexpected and much appreciated bonus. We recommend wellies due to there being lots of bird poo surrounding the tent. Having the hot tub lit on arrival was brilliant, as was the complementary afternoon tea. Thank you. A warning about the masses of animal and bird poo surrounding the tent would have been...
