I arrived at the Alhabana hostel on April 11, the attention from the first day was excellent, my room was large and spacious, very nice for a single person, on my second day I met Mariem, she was very kind and attentive, she helped me a lot and gave me advice Of all the things I could do during my stay, the breakfast was delicious and varied, the cook was always present to help me with whatever I needed, the place was always kept clean. I made my trip through Varadero and Trinidad and decided to spend my last days in Alhabana again, they offered me the Master Suit at a very affordable price and I loved it. Thank you all very much especially Mariem!! I will be back soon.

Vraiment, cet hôtel (B & B) s'est avéré un excellent choix. L'hôtel est très bien situé, à peine à 10-15 minutes à pied du centre-ville et près du Malecon. Le personnel est toujours souriant, courtois et attentionné. Les petits-déjeuners sont complets et présentent une variété de mets. Merci à Wendy, Ariam, Pavel et à tous les autres membres de l'équipe, dont le propriétaire, qui ont contribué à notre confort durant notre séjour de deux semaines. !Muchas gracias para todos!

This Hostal was everything we needed for our stay in Havana ! They helped with nearly everything we needed , even before our trip started ! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful ! The highlight was that they offered us a late check out (at 17.00) without extra charges and also they kept our luggages during our excursions in other cities of Cuba! Thanks a lot for everything!

1. excelent place to stay the check-in was simple and hassle free. the price is worth what you really got. a very warm and friendly staff all them are ready to help you out any time , definitely they make feel you home. a very good buffet type-breakfast, the rooms are comfortable enough and beds and bathrooms stuff are ok and and basic supplies as bottles water and drinks are in place. so, I'd definitely recomend Hostal laahabana as amazing place to stay in La Habana.

While staying in Alhabana, the staff provided exceptional support, efficiently meeting all our needs. They offered comprehensive guidance on tours and site visits and arranged transportation to the airport and Varadero. The hotel's surroundings offer a contrast to the luxury of the old town, providing a glimpse into authentic life in Havana. Despite its bustling nature, the neighborhood is considered safe, and Old Havana is just a five-minute walk away. Additionally, the internet quality met satisfactory standards for Havana. Throughout our stay, we enjoyed wonderful days with the entire staff, particularly Rafael, Fabio, Mariem, and especially Roxy with her special support, who cared for us like family. The breakfast provided was simple, yet fresh, clean, and abundant, setting us up for enjoyable days in Havana. We look forward to returning to this hotel on our next visit to Havana.

Alhabana resultó ser la mejor estancia en la que he estado, mi vuelo se perdió y no pude llegar en la fecha acordada, ellos me ofrecieron una noche de cortesía por la noche que perdí y me dieron la mejor habitación que tienen absolutamente gratis, todo el personal se ha portado haciéndome sentir en mi propia casa, estoy muy contento y agradecido! Se me perdió el correo donde los podía evaluar pero que bueno que pude hacerlo entrando a la app, excelente servicio volvería encantado!!!

Very clean, well-managed accommodation. Our room was spotless and comfortable - we had a well-stocked bar fridge, a private bath and shower and comfortable king-sized bed. The 24-hour reception was staffed by warm, always helpful young people who were eager to help solve any problems or questions we had. They exchanged our U.S. and Canadian $ for CUPs (at a VERY favourable rate), arranged for taxis, and helped us navigate the city. Housekeeping and breakfast were strong and consistent. We felt very welcomed, at home, and you will too! We were about a 10-15 minute walk to many of the major sights. Great place to stay in the true conditions of the city.

I had a lovely stay at Alhabana. The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Roxanna was very sweet, she called me taxis and helped me with anything I needed. They exchanged my money for me as well. I want to note that as a female solo traveler i felt extremely safe inside the hotel as they keep the door locked, however the area surrounding the hotel is not the safest. I would still recommend to stay here but keep in mind i would not suggest walking especially a woman if you are alone. I only went outside when my taxi was waiting out front. Other than that, my stay was very pleasant. There was hot water every day, WiFi is $5, and there is free breakfast of fruit, tea, bread and coffee.

Great experience with the hostel. The rooms are tidy and clean with good facilities. We had breakfast included which was either a buffet or table service breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, toast, eggs, something sweet and coffee or tea. The neighbourhood is safe, but you will see quite some dirt on the streets and most of the houses are not in the best state. But, especially great the staff was really great with their help and advice! Special thanks for Rafael who helped us with our travel scheme for our Cuba trip that we started in Havana. We shared our initial plan as we came to Cuba with a rough idea where to go and what we wanted to see. He came up with a plan and could make some Casa Particular and hotel arrangements in advance. He double checked everything with us when it comes to payments, other necessities and we could adjust and change where we needed. Also during our trip he kept in touch to make sure if we were alright!

The best accomidation that i stayed while in cuba i dont want to leave . The staff are so welcoming and feel like a relaxing atmosphere any questions that you have its no hassle to ask the staff everyone is very nice i would like to thank roxy for my itinary that she put together and confirmed with me before i even reached the island they even sang happy birthday on my birthday to breakfast and had a piece of cake for me what a surprise i was not expecting that i thank them for the nice gesture . And they are so understanding my flight departs a little late and they offered a complimentary check out. Any one that is looking for a great place friendly staff and alot of entertainment and great restaurants in the area check no further this is the right place.

A very good and super committed team. We were allowed to check in beforehand. The team is very friendly and helps you wherever possible. The rooms are quite clean and the breakfast is very good for Casa conditions! There is a very personal ambiance here and you also have free Internet, which is even on the roof. We were even allowed to stay in the rooms beyond the checkout time. In addition, the city is only a few minutes' walk away. We are definitely thrilled and would recommend this Casa again at any time.
