Wonderful! The staff is very attentive and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice view from the pool. Great little gym. Perfect location to explore on foot. Could not recommend more!

super hotel idéalement situé. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, très poli et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe parfaitement. La chambre vraiment impeccable avec bouteilles d'eau gratuites, thé café et des fruits / snack gratuits aussi. Lit très confortable. La chambre avait douche et baignoire séparée, très appréciable après une longue journée de randonnée pour se relaxer, vraiment un plus pour moi. Tout le matériel nécessaire est aussi fourni si besoin du dentifrice au rasoir, shampoing, après shampoing, savon tout à volonté et de très bonne qualité, vraiment tout est prévu, c'est génial. Les plats servis au restaurant le soir sont délicieux et le spa est de très bonne qualité. A noter un cocktail de jus de fruit à l'arrivée et au départ, vraiment très agréable et au check out non seulement ils ont gardé mes bagages jusqu'à 20h mais j'ai pu prendre une douche et me changer avant de prendre mon avion le soir, vraiment TRES appréciable. Un hotel remarquable qui mérite amplement son statut de 5 étoile. Je recommande vivement.

It was a lovely stay at hotel Orientale Hanoi . I had a warmly welcome as soon as arrived . The front desk staff were so professional and friendly. My stay was so perfect. Everything was more than expectations. Situation is perfect to enjoy everything around.

Nous avons passé 4 nuits à cet hôtel dans une chambre magnifique avec un grand balcon. Hôtel bien situé. Service impeccable. Le personnel très courtois! Une équipe dynamique, professionnelle et attentionnée! Un petit déjeuner succulent! N’hésitez pas à essayer les massages.

We really enjoyed our stay at Oriental Jade hôtel. First, the hotel is very clean, comfortable and nice. Our room was situated at the back (so not above the street) and is was quiet. Secondly, the staff is great!! Always smiling, helpful and efficient. We had an issue with the laundry bill that was appropriately resolved. The staff provided good recommendations and We appreciated that they made a bathroom available the night we left for the airport. Finally, the hotel is greatly located. We would really recommend it!

I loved the location of this hotel. More importantly, the property itself is great because it is clean, beautiful, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I got the suite with the church view and it did not disappoint. And the tub overlooking that church was on point.

こちらのホテルに宿泊して本当に大満足でした。 ホテルのサービスは素晴らしく、スタッフ全てにホスピタリティが溢れていました。 4泊5日しましたが、朝食は毎日メインが変わり飽きることもなく、毎朝ゆったりと美味しくいただくことができました。個人的にはアボカドスムージーがとても美味しかったです。 ホテルのルーフトップバーとプールはとても気持ちよく、小さいながらも開放感があり素敵でした。 ４歳の娘も大人もたっぷりプールを楽しめました。 プールは子供には深いので浮き輪を持っていくことをお勧めします。 ホテルの立地は、徒歩数分でレストラン、スーパーマーケット、観光スポットも行ける便利な場所です。 暑いので、子供が疲れたらすぐホテルに戻って休むことが出来るのも良いポイントだと思います。 最終日には、ホテルからクッキーとコーヒーのお土産をいただき、最初から最後までホテルスッタフのホスピタリティの高さを感じられました。 またハノイに行ったら、必ずこのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。 幼い子供や年配者がいるファミリーにお勧めのホテルです。

The service at this hotel really stood out to me. When I asked for any requests, the employees responded almost inhumanely fast! The way that the property manager also checked in with us, made me feel that our experience was highly valued. Of the service, I also thought the Breakfast buffet exceeded my expectations, and the room was spacious and clean! I would highly recommend after two nights stay there!
