Bel établissement, bien situé au cœur du vieux Hanoï. Piscine et bar sur le toit. Chambre très bien équipée et décorée. Dommage que le petit déjeuner soit pris dans une salle au sous-sol alors que le restaurant sur le toit est top ! La vue de la chambre sur un mur était vraiment triste pour le prix d’une suite junior, c’était à mon avis inadmissible. J’en ai fait part à l’établissement qui n’a pas proposé d’autres choix. C’est vraiment le point le plus négatif du séjour.

Bel hotel mais trop cher. Ca manque ´d’espace, pas de vue, piscine surchargée et toutes les chaises longues occupées, pas de porte entre la salle de bain et la chambre…

Très bon hôtel,bien placé dans le vieux quartier. Le personnel est très serviable et poli. Les chambres sont très belles. La piscine et le bar sur le roof top est superbe. Le petit déjeuner est très complet. Le jour du départ d’une fille de l’accueil a couru pour nous faire un petit cadeau. Je conseille fortement cet hôtel .

Le personnel était formidable, toujours souriant et très serviable, nous retournerons dans cet hôtel si nous revenons à Hanoï, cela ne fait aucun doutes.

First, the team was incredible. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. The spa team is excellent, especially the spa hostess. The restaurant teams provide great service and everyone is so friendly. I cant say enough great things. And for being in the old quarter, the rooms are very quiet.

Lovely hotel, staff really friendly stayed in a junior suite which was lovely. Breakfast was great fresh omletre cooked to order but plenty of choice of other breakfast items, fresh fruit in room, lovely bath, shower etc. spa was great had a full body massage and facial which were both excellent. Highly recommended

Located in the centre of old quarters. Tourist sites, dining options and shopping all within comfortable walking distance. Great dining options at hotel with friendly staff that go out of their way to help. Really enjoyed stay.

Pretty , quiet and clean hotel located in the busy old quarters. Very accessible to alot of popular eateries around the old quarters. Has a convienient store beside the hotel. The staffs are all very professional and attentive!

We stayed at the Peridot twice during our time in Vietnam. For both stays the hotel was great. Lovely friendly staff, very clean, nice facilities and a big comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent too. The location is ideal, close to lots of eating options. We walked to most of the sites from the hotel with ease. Cabs are plentiful and a good price if you don’t want to walk. The Grab app works really well in Hanoi. We also used the hotels airport transfer service (4 times), which was obviously more expensive than a cab, but still priced very reasonably and an excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Peridot for anyone staying in Hanoi.

Absolutely loved my experience at this hotel! We had a corner room that didn't have a city view, but was very clean and had a spacious bathroom. Service was amazing and the property manager even checked in with us as we checked out, and I felt that they really cared about our experience. Breakfast buffet was beautiful, delicious and had a lot of variety.

Fantastic hotel with great service. Despite missing our connecting flight, the car organised by the hotel was waiting for us. Staff were attentive and the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was superb. We visited the spa and the Sky Bar and enjoyed both, with the staff continuing to provide a terrific experience. The hotel’s location in the Old Quarter makes every voyage outside the front doors and adventure. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are excellent - friendly and extremely helpful. Great breakfasts and other dining options. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the hotel is ideally situated to explore the old quarter or to go to other parts of the city.
